At único13, based in Poland, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience for every customer. Our return policy follows EU regulations on second-hand and vintage goods, ensuring clear and fair procedures for all orders.
European Union
- Returns from EU countries are eligible for a refund if the item meets all return conditions. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason.
Outside European Union
- We do not accept returns from countries outside the EU. Please ensure your purchase carefully, as all sales are final for international orders. (This includes the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Brazil and other)
Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains or alterations not mentioned in the product description.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact. Any removal or damage to tags makes the item ineligible for return.
- For vintage and pre-owned pieces, minor signs of wear consistent with the description and photos do not constitute defects and are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue with your order.
- Certain hygiene products such as underwear, socks, swimwear and similar items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, even if unworn.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
- In cases where the returned item shows damage or excessive wear beyond normal inspection, a partial refund may be issued or the item returned at the customer’s cost.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
