Único13 is a store where you’ll find a mix of vintage, streetwear and high-end clothing like tees, hoodies, bottoms, sneakers, accessories such as bags, hats, jewelry and unique collectibles.
By 2025, after years of selling through marketplaces and earning the trust of hundreds of customers, Único13 website was officially launched. Since then, the focus has expanded beyond just more items. It’s about offering better items: rare finds and pieces that carry a story. From old vintage pieces to colorful collectibles, the collection showcases unique pieces for every wardrobe.
No matter what you love to wear, Único13 is the place for you.

What Comes With Your Order?
Beyond the items you purchased, every order includes at least one Único13 sticker.
Random packages also receive random extras such as additional Único stickers, Único rubber wristbands, and custom Único13 pencils or pens.
All add-ons are fully custom and included at no extra cost.

Shipping time
Each order from Único13 is carefully packed and shipped within 1-5 working days.
Some custom projects, such as Casio watches with custom screen filters, may take longer due to the additional time needed to complete them.

Free shipping on all orders over:
- 150 eur in Poland
- 300 eur outside Poland
Please note: At this time, we do not offer free shipping to the United States due to recent changes in tariffs.
estimated delivery time
The orders are being shipped using a variety of trusted carriers, including Polish Post (local carrier), InPost, DPD, DHL and FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier, customs processing, and external factors such as holidays or high-volume seasons.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Poland: 1–5 business days
- Europe: 1–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 4–14 business days
- Mexico, Oceania, Asia, Africa, South America: 7–25 business days
These are estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within twice the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist in locating your package.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are located in the European Union, in accordance with the European Union 14-day cooling-off period. Returns must be initiated by contacting us. Packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- EU Customers: Returns are eligible for a full refund if the item meets all return conditions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when the item significantly differs from the description or photos on our website.
- Customers Outside the EU: Returns are not accepted from countries outside the EU. (This includes the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Brazil and other)
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if an issue arises, I am are committed to resolving it promptly.

Taxes
For the orders outside of european union:
Import Fees & Customs Charges
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost. As import regulations vary by country, we strongly recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order. We are unable to cover or reimburse any import-related charges, including the recently implemented U.S. tariffs.

International Shipment Refusals
If a shipment is refused at or before delivery, it may be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping fees. In some situations, refused shipments may not be recoverable and could be abandoned; therefore, no refund can be processed. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the receiver’s failure to pay customs duties or import fees.
Parcel Locker Shipping
Parcel Locker Shipping (InPost, Poland only)
To ship to a Parcel Locker (Paczkomat), currently available only for orders within Poland via InPost, it is mandatory to provide your locker code in the “Address 2 (Apartment, suite, etc. / add parcel locker code here)” field.
If the locker code is not provided within 3 days of placing the order, your package will be automatically sent to the nearest InPost Parcel Locker to the provided address.

How We Measure Tops and Bottoms
To help you find the perfect fit, Único13 provides detailed measurements for all clothing items. Here’s how each piece is measured:
Tops:
Width - Measured from pit to pit (armpit to armpit)
Length - Measured from the collar to the base of the garment
Bottoms:
Waist Width - Measured from side to side across the waistband
Inseam - Measured from the crotch to the hem
Length - Measured from the top of the waistband to the hem
All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat, ensuring accuracy and helping you make an informed decision before purchase.
